Racing Louisville Unveils Stellar Roster for USL W League

This week Racing Louisville unveiled its stellar roster for the USL W League season that kicks off May 14 and ends June 21. Racing’s focus this season seems to be on building on their academy. Of the 32 players, this year the squad features 19 players that currently play for or have recently graduated from the Racing Louisville Academy!

This year two of Racing Academy standouts include Tate Blincoe and AG Gibson. Both women are college-bound prospects who suited up for the Racing Louisville senior squad at The Women’s Cup Colombia in February and March 2024. This fall Gibson is set to represent her hometown at the University of Louisville, while Blincoe, Kentucky’s Miss Soccer this past fall, is headed to Ole Miss for college.

Racing’s W League has developed an incredible reputation for building incredible talent over the past few years. In fact, over the past two years, Racing’s W League rosters have featured several players who have become prominent NWSL players. Well-known W League alumni include Orlando Pride defender Emily (Madril) Sams and Utah Royals forward Ally Sentnor, who was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft.

Racing Louisville’s home W League games are open to the public and free to attend at the Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Be sure to attend a match and watch the following ladies suit up in purple this summer:
